Excellent stands for the Q Acoustic 3020's Great quality & well made , easy to put together , but be careful when fitting screws & take your time as it is quite easy to start off on the wrong thread ,if you do , you've got problems so take your time I had my speakers sitting on top of another pair of speakers !! not ideal I know , but on using them with these stands , noticed a substantial difference in the sound Better bass & better soundstage all round Yeah so thoroughly recommend these stands

Great stands for my Q Acoustic speakers. Easy to assemble and fit just make sure you fix the correct plate to the frame for your version of the speakers.

Bought a couple of packs of these to go with my 5.1 Q Acoustics speakers (reviewed separately - very good) as I wanted speakers in each corner of the room.These arrived flat packed. The base screws into the stand, the speaker place screws to the other end. It's all very simple, with two sizes of speaker plate included depending on whether you are using these with the 3010i speakers or 3020i speakers.Carpet grip feet are included to screw into the base, with rubber caps that you can put over the end for wooden floors.The stands are hefty - made of metal and solid quality. I can't really fault them.The speaker plates are indented to match the rubber feet on the speakers so they sit nice and snug.In terms of cable management, the speaker cable runs up the inside of the tall part from underneath the base. Keeps everything very tidy.In all, can't really fault these stands.For reference, they sit about 70cm high before the speaker is placed on top and the base is 30x26cm.

Top quality but only for certain speakers from the QAcoustic range - fair play they only released the order when I sent confirmation of my speaker !A bit fiddly to put together but really good quality with good cable tidy design and heavy foot plates.

Nice product and well-balanced when the speakers are in place, but the one stand was extremely difficult to put together because the bolts and holes didn't quite align; it was OK after a bit of work to rectify the problem, but that really shouldn't be necessary with an item actually designed to fit the speakers and sold by the speaker manufacturer.

Last year I decided I needed a pair of speaker stands for my new active speakers. I ordered a pair that looked OK in the Amazon website and paid £32. As soon as I assembled the stands and perched my speakers on top I realized what a mistake I had made. Despite spikes into the carpet, lightly touching the speaker produced a frightening wobble. However I persevered and the sound seemed better than standing the speakers on a shelf. When my wife, during hoovering, knocked a speaker to the ground, the stands had to go. The Q Acoustics 300ST are the biz. Sturdy, no wobble and the sound reaches a new dimension.It always pays to buy quality.

Really what you get from these stands as compared to a generic speaker stand is the quality that the speakers are made to. Q-Acoustics really seem to take great care in machining their parts and in the case of these stands everything you need is supplied (well protected and padded) and even comes with carpet spikes underneath the rubber feet.I definately do not regret paying more for the brand name and I'm very happy with these stands 4 months on.
