Very good taste, good quality, great for use in truffle butter, pasta sauces, cauliflower cheese etc. Though it seemsl expensive the full flavour means a small amount goes far.

Excellent truffle paste. Full of flavour, so the aroma when opening the pot is irresistible and it tastes heavenly. Very well presented and packaged with care. This s a premium product. I usually either use the paste in a pasta with some butter and mascarpone or in a truffle risotto. And garnish the creation with a few truffle slices. But it can be used in a very versatile manner, on pizzas, salads or omelettes for example. In the past I was forced to go to specialty shops for my supply of truffles sand truffle paste. I’m amazed and excited about how many of such harder to find food ingredients are offered on Amazon by quality, I suppose often local, producers. Of course, truffels and truffle paste never come cheap. But it is a vital ingredient in several of my vegetarian pasta dishes that the family loves (and loves me for). Most of these are plain, yet full of flavour and straightforward to make. As these do not contain expensive meat, I’m more than happy to pay up for the truffle paste. I typically use half a pot of the paste in a pasta or risotto and store the remaining part in the freezer. Have reordered several times.

Absolutely delicious a little goes a long way. I have it on salad OMG 100% I’ve bought b4 and I have another arriving soon I also love the sliced Truffle different to chopped but equally 100%

I am honestly shocked for the quality of this product. I am a truffle fan, and was planning on cooking a dish with it therefore purchase this. However, I haven’t often been this disappointed at the quality of something. The upper part of my pate seemed to be burned and all in all this has no truffle flavour/quality whatsoever. It’s just very grainy and frankly awful. I had to chuck mine or it would have ruined what I was cooking. Given I have previously been fine with purchasing truffle dust for 10 pounds to enhance some dishes, I am astonished at the quality of this product that at this price.

This truffle is amazing, I've been buying this along with the oik for some time now. The texture is lovely and it smells yummy. It's great in pasta dishes. It's part of my daily food cupboard now, I wouldn't be without it

Good quality.

Je commande chaque année ce pot de truffes. Toute la famille aime beaucoup ce goût. Dans une omelette c'est un véritable régal avec juste une cuillère à café de matière. Avec ce pot qui n'est pas très grand on peut malgré tout agrémenter plusieurs plats ou de la volaille. Faute de vraies truffes entières je suis ravie de me contenter de ces truffes hachées qui remplissent parfaitement leur office.

Schmeckt sehr lecker und ist eine gute Alternative zu frischem Trüffel. Wir haben damit eine Trüffelpasta gemacht und es war köstlich!
