This is my fifth TENS machine. The others just got worn out through constant use. This is not cheap but, so far, I like it. Lots of options but not too daunting to understand. I quickly settled on what works best for me and have changed it once or twice. Easy to turn on and off and adjust the level of the signals. The machine is a little longer than previous versions but that doesn't seem to be a problem. Instead of putting it on my belt loop, I frequently just slip it in my pocket and tuck loose wires out of the way. Overall, it's a good machine. Perhaps the best I've had.

Natures gate also replaced the missing extra pads when the originals went astray

This is a great product for anyone looking for relief of nerve pain, fibromyalgia, restless legs, cramps, sciatica. It gives differed levels of intensity that you can choose and really gets endorphins working. I would recommend for pain relief that's not so invasive and more natural

This product displayed in my results.The marketing photograph of this product deliberately shows No Wires.The Text supporting the product deliberately DOES NOT mention wires.The implication is therefore that it is WIRELESS....IT IS NOT and therefore totally unsuitable!BEWARE!!! i brought this for my husband because he suffers with back pain. The Tens machine gives him some relief from the pain

Generally happy with the product until I came to use again after 3 months to find the batteries leaked and completely ruined the machine. £59 down the drain. Beware of this as cheap batteries come with product. Either replace with Duracell or remove batteries if left over long periods.

I bought this Tens Machine as I have backache. Good powerful setting which I find easy to use. I would recommend this Tens Machine
