Hi does anyone’s urine turned green since taking these I’ve been on them a month.?

Mine does the first wee after taking it but soon turns back to normal

Is this suitable for 70 plus years old woman?

I am 67 years old and take every day as the vitamins help boost the immune system. If you are concerned, you should check with the manufacturer.

Do they contain biotin?..

It will say on box. I haven’t taken these for years. I take individual vitamins in high doses. I take separate biotin, zinc etc etc etc. Take about 12 vitamins daily.
