HMB (Beta-Hydroxy-Beta-Methylbutyrate Calcium)
This is the Calcium bound HMB which is less readily absorbed than the free form and an adequate dose of 3g (4 servings as per their label) means 620mg of calcium intake which is over 50% of RDA. An adequate amount of magnesium is required to prevent health issues, an ideal ratio of Ca:Mg is 1.7-2.6.

Ah c’est satisfait, cela me permet de récupérer un peu plus vite après mes séances de sport. Par contre ne faites pas la même erreur que moi à savoir ne pas faire attention à la dosette à l’intérieur du paquet et à mettre des cuillères à café au lieu du dosage recommandé, j’ai effectivement trouvé le goût infecte, mais une fois que je mets le bon dosage, aucun souci

Excelente complemento para añadir a tu día a día. Lo tomo con creatina y va muy bien. La toma la info a de 2/3 al día. Yo solo hago esto durante la fase de carga y luego paso a 1 toma diaria
