Would this be ok for an old wooden spade handle?

I see no issues with that, as the handlebar tape comes with a layer of sticky tape. Just make sure you are keeping it tight during application.

I was wondering if i could use this tape to make my dumbbells more comfortable? Tape it around the handle?
