The best electrolyte top up I've tried yet! I avoided these ones before as you only get 20 tablets instead of the 24 you get with some other brands. But then I found with some other brands you need to use 2 tablets. Just one of these will do up to 750ml of water. I use one in 500ml so the taste is slightly stronger. Instructions say you can put two in 750ml if you want the strongest taste. Not found that necessary as I feel a noticeable pickup after using only one.

I have low blood pressure and use these to ensure I remain well hydrated when exercising in the summer. I find it hard to increase salt intake and these are just the job, great flavours.

Good flavour and helps me hydrate on long activities.

I have one of these everyday, i suffer with cramp a lot i tried upping my daily salt intake in food but didnt see an awful lot of improvement, i have tried magnesium, bananas etc etc but after taking one of these everymorning the cramp has lessened considerably and the cramp i do get is not as intense!

Did not receive caffeine tablets, only regular berry flavour. Be warned...

Spend over £20 and get free delivery.....or actually still get charged. The mind boggles.Product is OK.
