Very good item & no added citrus flavourings , which I needed.These suited me well & slip down with water despite the size.So important to have vit C & vit D together, for dull winter days, & if you can't get out & about in the sun. It takes a month or so to feel the benefits of these,& gave me more energy. Always taken with /after a meal.Great price & prompt posting. Recommended.

Iv been taking these for several months 2 in the morning and have no idea if there working unless you go for a bone density test or a calcium test they are quite a big tablet but because they have a smooth texture there easy to swallow no taste in them and have vitamin d there a great price I will continue taking them.
