Nova Nutritions Broccoli Sprout Extract 1000 mg 120 Capsules

I have a poor immune system. It has gotten worse over the years and I am constantly on the lookout for supplements that can boost it. I actually bought this product on the recommendation that it can help reduce estrogens in the body and can help boost testosterone. Other uses are as an antioxidant which helps boost Glutathione. It can also help protect the prostate, brain, liver and heart. It can help increase the number of enzymes in the body and so helps the digestion. Many of the benefits you can gain from supplementation are difficult to get from the plant form pesticides, poor soil and cooking can deplete Kale and Broccoli of their goodness. This is the perfect supplement to help the body. My only warning is that you can get extreme gas problems when you start taking them. This goes away after a few days, but it is very uncomfortable, to begin with. This particular brand offers good value and a product that works. I am happy to recommend it.

I use the broccoli & sprout supplement to make up for a shortfall in my diet should I not achieve the '5' essential fruit/veg daily total. Easy to swallow and from this supplier very much a competitive price compared to earlier supplies that came from the US

If you have any of those or any gut problems.. Balance your hormones etc.. amazing stuff. I think one of the best mg/price and I am picky, this was my choice and no regrets. Will buy again. I take one a day in the morning.
