I have been us in this in my tea for years. The taste is so delicious.

I use this Honey daily. It keeps a smooth creamy texture. I bought a different brand at a store. It was a lumpy sugar texture. I have to eat very clean due to Autoimmune Liver Disease. This honey is good for my health.

This Manuka honey has a good taste with positive benefits as Google search explains but... for the size bottle, the price is just not worth it. So, I personally give it... 3 starts due to it being too expensive for the amount given.
