How breathable is it? Would it be comfortable to wear in the summer/hot weather?

It's wonderful in the summer. It's just a net where it isn't armour

Is the size normal i normally use small tshirts etc

I have ordered a size bigger than usual. It is still little tight in the arms. Nevertheless if it is bigger for you you can fasten the bands, there are everywhere...! S.
