A Brilliant bit of kit to keep a low profile rig!
I brought this to add an NPF battery plate to a set of 15mm bars, this item proved fantastic in giving me suitable mounting points and is absolutely rock solid when mounted. It is worth noting, that all the parts are metal, and the paintwork on the item seems to hold up really well! If you are looking for an elegant way to mount anything on 15mm bars - this is a great option. I was really impressed with the packaging and presentation of the item when it arrived, though the item could have used some more padding - it comes in a sealed plastic bag - still great though!

Both are made from aluminium and are nice and strong
The SmallRig 15mm Rod Clamp (942) and the SmallRig Cheese Plate (1092) go really well together. Both are made from aluminium and are nice and strong. The rod clamp comes with two sets of bolts (2 long bolts and 2 short bolts) so you don't need to get anything else to join them together. The plate can be attached horizontally or vertically to the rod clamp and in both cases can be mounted either to the top or the long side of the clamp giving a couple of different options to how to use it. I have mine set up horizontally as a battery plate at the back of my rig where the battery gives a bit of counter balance

Just a clamp but works well, thumb screws a little thin but it's pretty much the same as any other rig seller such as Niceyrig.

versatile clamp with various mount possibilities, very light but still sturdy enough, impeccable CNC quality. very nice anodizing, the fixing thumb screws are spring adjustable, as expected. a nice surprise to see SmallRig is adding new designed items for various purposes to their offer. the included 2 sets of different screws and the hex key were also a nice and welcome addition. maybe a recommendation: amazon could keep more of SmallRig s items and kits in the European stock

All smallrig products are great, for build quality and price, and these 15mm rode clamps are no different very strong durable and reliable, they work perfectly, would highly recommend.
