Good punching bag
Good punching bag. Takes a bit long to set up because of a couple complications in having to get the water in the base especially if you dont have a water hose nearby and doesnt come with a pump so you will have to pump it up but when pumped up its all good. stands approximately at 5 ft 3 which isnt that bad ive had it for a couple weeks now to practice karate on and everything is well. provides a very good practice target

A Good Sparring Partner
As soon as I got it I started putting water in to the base and the difficult part of it was putting air in to it (Huff Puff). Once it was ready I started doing a workout, it was brilliant and my family had a go with it. It came with a DVD that only shows how to build the kick dummy, 10 ways to hit people in the crotch and then making a routine workout by hitting people in the crotch, I know that this is for self-defense but at least show the customer some karate moves that doesn't revolve around the crotch.but anyway if anybody is interested you should get this product because it's idea for martial art workout that includes punching and kicking, i'm not sure if you can do judo on it.

Hmm, don't bother
It's not great, very short which actually shouldn't be too much of a problem because I bought it for my kids, but it splits easily too. ours keeps deflating so there's a slow puncture again somewhere. I wouldn't recommend it.

Would give excellent credit to the supplier though
We have had this item replaced three times in four months. The dummy keeps splitting along seem edges, where it is not possible to repair with the patches supplied. Would give excellent credit to the supplier though, they replaced it each time without quibble, on proof of photo to show the split.

Not Great, But Quite Useful
Bad points: It is too short - needs to be raised (I use foam blocks) to make it realistic for a normal sized man.It leaks air very easily, making patches necessary. In six months, two leaks on body seams, and five on the seams around the base, even though it is used on a carpeted surface in my garage home gym. The base seam possibly unable to take the weight of the water when moved around, and in a small gym it has to be moved around, with other equipment (rowing machine, bench, kettlebells) stepper, all sharing the space.Good point. It is cheap. Top range martial arts dummies cost up to five to ten times as much. So I suppose you can replace it more than once a year for say three to seven years, before it becomes prohibitive.

Fantastic for practising karate kicks & punches, and for women's self defence pratice sessions
We needed this for my brown belt karate daughter to practise her karate kicks and punches on, and it is perfect for that. She is working up a sweat and loves it, and as it's lightweight the dummy doesn't hurt her in any way which is great. I can't recommend it enough. Myself and my other child have been using it to practise our self defence techniques and we all think it is brilliant. It was easy to add the water to the feet (we used a jug), and to blow it up (we used a pool toy pump). It is also very easy to move around once it is inflated. It seems resilient enough to withstand kicks and punches, and always rights itself due the water in the feet holding it steadily upright. It is a decent height at around 5 foot 1". And as a bonus, it scares anyone who ventures into our hallway as in the dark it looks really menacing and scary - I have been caught out myself a couple of times late at night when I have ventured to the kitchen for water. Great as a burglar deterrent!

tough enough!
This dummy stands at 5ft and is made of tough material. The dvd included with the dummy is a bit pointless and it just shows you how to kicked the dummy between the legs in different ways and at different speeds!!!!!! I found it quite difficult to put the water in the base as I don't have a garden hose and once one foot base is filled with water it quickly becomes awkward to move so a 2nd pair of hands is useful. putting the water in the base was a lot harder than blowing it up but once its up it does the job but be warned out the corner of your eye it looks like another person in the roomso for making me jump EVERY TIME it deserves a good kicking and punching! job done!
