The quantity depends on how many items you’re dying. I dyed 2 shirts using half the bottle. I pre-soaked my clothes and I hand dyed in a tub, pouring contents into the quantity of water it stated on the instructions. I think you can also use the washing machine (but double check this). I bought a fixing solution too so the dye doesn’t run. My items turned out a great shade of blue. Good luck!

How many items can you dye with the whole bottle? Will it cover 2 size 14 midi dresses?

I would take a guess at yes. I’ve only used it for 1 item but i would try one dress and see how much you have left

Can you use on synthetic fabric or dye a nike trainer with this dye?

YOU CAN USE ON SYNTHETIC MATERIAL, HOWEVER YOU ARE BETTER USING THE RIT FOR SYNTHETIC MATERIALS, AND IF YOUR Material is of different textures/types then you will not achieve same colour all around.
