Once you buy Solgar, you'll keep buying Solgar.Glass bottle, metal top - because quality shows inside and outside.Definitely my preferred brand, the only thing you tend to notice once you've taken them for a few weeks, aside from the improvement, is when the bottle starts running low and you need to order some more.They let you buy and forget - with other brands, the effects can take much longer too appear, sometimes they don't appear at all, with Solgar, if the improvements aren't there, then you probably needing something else with them or something else entirely.

Horrible to swallow - feels scratchy and sticks to your throat - but apparently much more efficient than your standard zinc tablet as your body absorbs them much easier. Just make sure you swallow a huge gulp of water with it!

I have always regarded Solgar as a good manufacturer of supplements.The tablets are a little chalky but not too bad.The supplement itself is the best for anyone looking to increase Zinc in their diet.Chelates zinc is the best option in this respect, as it absorbs well and is tolerated better then other zinc supplements available on the market.Good for the immune system and hormone regulation. Why not give it a try and see if it works for you.

I always check Consumer Lab before I buy any vitamin or supplement and every product they have tested from Solgar has passed with flying colors, including this one.The pill is small and round which makes it much easier to swallow.Chelated Zinc Glycinate is much more bioavailable than other forms of zinc and easier on the stomach.I take it on an empty stomach and I never have issues.I am taking it opposite my Ghk-cu to aid in skin and hair health.
