Quality of product very poor for a medical grade device
Amazon and Beurer disgraceful product support for a premium product promoted as medical grade quality and became defective after 8 times. It gave very good pain relief for a very brief period. Beurer. Say it should be replaced by Amazon product support but Amazon keep referring me back to Beurer to deal with it. I have very serious chronic pain and disgusted with the service. Amazon should contact me direct, just get it sorted.

While the feature set is very versatile, I found the output power to be too low even with fresh batteries. Also the four channels are actually not independent of each other, for an instance, if I use the machine on my back and quads at the same time, when I increase the intensity of the quads' channels, the (actual, not on the display) intensity of the channels on my back are also increased.
