The guide is to put it on night before and wash of next morning/day. You won't need to reapply for 48/72 hours. I give it a good shake, hear liquid moving, use hand to get ball rolling as sometimes sticks. Then you will feel liquid, you don't feel really wet with it n really only need a little. Hope it helps 😊
