Plastic has got thinner!
As with so many things these days, the quality of this plastic sieve is not what they used to be. Hence I do not think it will last as long, but as it was on offer, and inexpensive, I suppose this doesnt matter. I don't think it will last as long as my last one.

Used for catching water weed from pond pump
Believe it or not this was purchased to catch the water weeds from pond pump so it doesn’t go back in the pond. Excellent for this as the mesh strain let nothing get through.Easy to use, very light, looks good and strong.
