This is an amazing mop! It scrubs and cleans. The battery lasts a long time!

This mop was used about 15 times before it stopped functioning. First problem was the sprayer stuck on and drained the tank in the same spot, making a big puddle. Second problem is that it stopped spinning and the sprayer stopped working. So although it does still turn on, the only thing that works is the light. There seems to be no customer service. Save your money; and save our world from a large item for the trash pile. Don't buy this junk.

Charge after each use and store. Wash pads each time. Easy maintenance.

This is a pretty good product, but basically for spot cleaning or small rooms. You need to keep a button pressed for it to work, so after 5 min or so, your hand begins to feel numb. It is great for vacuuming a whole area, but don’t try to mop the same whole room, because it won’t clean the floor, it would jut wet and disperse the dirt. I keep it near the kitchen and I use it several times during the day. For that it works great.

I had a different machine that broke after 5 years. I always liked that one but this one is better. The head swivels making it easier to get into hard places. It’s lasts long enough for me to wash floors in a large house (2500 sf). The only down side is the small holding tank for the washer fluid and the location makes it a little difficult to fill.

Have had it for two years, and finally replacing it. Works well enough I guess, but it started leaking if it sits with any amount of leftover water and it randomly started turning itself on and spinning away from where I left it. It was a constant struggle to keep the thing going the way I wanted it (twists out of hand), and it doesn’t hold a lot of water/solution. Good probably for a small area that is not too dirty and if it doesn’t get used often. But not for a house full of animals and kids.

The media could not be loaded. Love this Cordless Automatic Mop, super lightweight, easy to use, use water or your own cleaning solution. As someone with Arthritis most cleaning equipment is heavy and cumbersome, this one is not!!

My mop will no longer charge. Is there a replacement battery?
