Konig Retro AM/FM Radio with Carry Handle - Glossy Reddish Brown Woodgrain Effect with Cream Sides

The radio came well packed and safe in a box, the add seemed to be missing dimensions, but it was pretty much in size expected (w: 30cm, h: 20cm, d: 7cm).The radio was very straight forward - turning on and changing stations very easy and don't need to spend minutes trying to get rid of buzzing in a station - sounds straight away clean and crisp. I haven't opened the antenna (wanted to keep the look simple), but the radio still gets a lot of radio stations. I have not checked, how many should be available and I do not have a favourite, so I'm just changing them when get bored from the current station and am happy with my choices.I generally bought it to listen it on the mornings, but now, I have already spent many evenings listening to radio programs, don't need to read news portals anymore, all is featured.Very, very happy with my purchase it seems quality both sound- and visual-wise and I would recommend.Note that I have not used it with batteries as they don't come with the radio, but I do hope to buy batteries and try to listen to the radio with them as I would prefer to have as little wires as possible laying around.

I am delighted with this lovely radio. It did arrive a couple of days later than expected but customer service were great in sorting the problem. The radio itself is a even nicer than the photo and the sound is great. I love it so much I have ordered more for Christmas presents as I know family/friends will love this as much as I do. Adds a real nice touch to the room !

This was bought as a relatively cheap replacement following the death of a Pure DAB radio. As DAB wasn't essential, we decided to go for a standard radio.The main reason for choosing this particular model was looks - it fits in with the kitchen (although is a little bulkier than I hoped).The radio is controlled by the large plastic dial on the right hand side, and on/volume with the small silver dial on the top left.It is simple to tune, sounds good and hasn't let us down yet.If you're in the market for a simple, retro-look AM/FM radio, you can't go wrong with this.

The radio looked just perfect - as I had imagined and better, but the sound was sub standard. Much too low, even with 'tone' turned up to the highest setting, I found it very hard to understand the spoken word. A word of warning to anyone with reduced hearing . . .Customer service - friendly, polite but even less clue on the return procedure than I hadAmazon return procedure - once I knew to look for the links everything beautifully intuitive and clearPackaging - very bad, just a bit of thin black plastic sheet around the original box, which of course got creased at one corner - hope, this will still be OK for my refund

It looks absolutely stunning, very retro feel and much bigger than the picture appears! The sound is crisp, I love that you dial in to the stations. I adore this radio
