can perfect eyes be used on the eye lid to firm hooded eye lids.?

The instructions on how to use it tell you not to because the skin on your eyelids is thinner so I only use it under my eyes and pat it along to the top of my cheek bone. It is an amazing product. I hope I have helped. Kind regards
