The most useful thing I ever bought on Amazon - apart from that kidney
As any gentleman approaching middle age will tell you, there comes a time in your life when your values change: you start to appreciate the importance of a well-packed car boot when going on holiday; you regularly find the bleating exclamations of Radio 1's Fearne Cotton painfully annoying, rather than just mildly amusing ("skills!"); and, of course, you become strangely concerned about the levels of radiator cleanliness in your home. This 43cm Long Reach Radiator Cleaning Bristle Brush Duster, while relatively inexpensive, is a creation of infinite genius. I would go so far as to say it is the single most useful item I have ever bought on Amazon (apart from the replacement kidney I obtained for only £99 on Amazon Marketplace Kazakhstan). It does exactly what you expect it to. Quickly. Properly. And well.Other reviewers may have complained about the handle coming off - well, armed with that knowledge, I took care to grasp the shaft firmly and resolutely by the bristles, just below the handle, when the brush was inserted into the tight spots of my radiator. Hey presto, no loss of handle! You may find it helpful to grip the brush top and bottom, above and below the radiator, and use it in a sawing motion to get into all the nooks and crannies. In doing so, I have managed to spruce up six radiators - which had 20 years' worth of accumulated dust, fluff, plaster debris and Lord knows what else behind - so that they now look brand new. You could eat your dinner off them, if you were that way inclined. It took me about an hour, but I removed so much fluff that I had to empty the Dyson three times. No wonder the cats were always sneezing. My one regret is that this brush, if anything, has cleaned them TOO well. I now have no further use for this implement for another 20 years, by which time I plan to be living in the first human colony on Mars, where they probably won't have any radiators at all.

Fits well between modern grilles and cleans adequately
The narrow wire on this cleaning tool makes it ideal for insertion between the narrow slots on the top of our radiator that stop things falling down. Most products we have come across are too wide to fit here so finding this product was ideal. The downsides of this cleaner are the fact that the handles does feel very cheap and not very robust, some others have mentioned this detaching but we have not yet experienced this. And the fact that the bristles are so very stiff, there's hardly any dusting action from them but they do manage to get the job done eventually...These two factors combined manage to lose one star from this otherwise very well priced and conveniently designed radiator cleaner which will, undoubtedly, save us from asthma this winter season.Other than that, we've had no issues using this and have no regrets purchasing it either. So we can wholly recommend this product. If anyone has any direct questions, or would like any images, please do leave a comment and I can address anything you might like to know.

Excellent radiator brush
Arrived on time, packaging way over the top an odd shape to pack I assume. Excellent radiator brush, does the job well. The length is fantastic as it gets right to the bottom of the radiator. It's sturdy to so you can be rather hard with it. As per other review the top does come off but if you hold the stem of the brush I had no problems. I now have dust and fluff free radiators. I would recommend.

Works okay but handle broke off quickly
This product does work and did get a lot of the dust out from behind from radiators, but it was a bit of a tight squeeze going down the back of some and the handle broke off after I'd done 3 radiators (of 12). This was annoying but the brush was still usable even without the handle.

Matts Review
I got this product as I have moved house reciently into a house thats mine (Not a shared one) and I am working on fixing it up. I was initially worried that this product would break as the reviews show that for other customers it has. However, I have now done all the radiators in my house (6)and have had no problems. If it did break it would just need glue to secure the handle. I found it did the job really well and wes very pleased of the results in the kitchen and bathroom. It's a product that I'll probably use every year and was well priced seeing that it can potentially save you on heating. Incidently I found this product still works with the radflex (tin foil like stuff in that reflects back heat, search for it) and didn't rip it.

Very overrated, much better radiator cleaners available.
I don't understand why this product is so well reviewed. The bristles are really hard so I worry about scratching the wall behind and radiator paint. Also it doesn't remove that much dust and it's not that easy to slide down the innards of a radiator. The handle comes off very easily and yes i'm sure it can be very easily fixed with some superglue but why couldn't the company who makes them do that themselves???After getting this and not being very impressed I got the Microfibre Radiator Cleaner which is 10 times better.Link: http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B009L1ZY9Q or you can buy at LakeLand for same price. It cleans much better and is much easier to manoeuvre down a radiator. It also looks a lot better as well and is soft and fluffy too. The Microfibre Radiator cleaner can also be used as a general duster as well as it doesn't scratch. I also find it has a bit more reach as well so can get the bottom of my radiators which this product cannot do.I don't think it's a completely hard and fast rule but in this instance you definitely get what you pay for.
