Good spikes. 6mm spikes is ideal for track. Only issue is that they become blunt pretty easily. But good value for money

These are amazing quality spikes I have been using them for a while now and have ordered around 10+ packs and will continue to purchase these spikes when I need new ones. They are very good quality and will last you around 4-5 meets at the athletics track (depending on how much you use them) I use these for about 1 hour ish each meet doing sprints and long distance running as well they work perfect
