It Does the job, it is nice and sturdy good for dough cutting and the shape is real good for scraping out the bowl we have tried others but they seemed flimsy and would bend but this does the job really well , so yes, pleased with the product. plus it arrived all the way to Spain on time. Was looking for a good cheap dough scraper when I brought my KMix stand mixer. I chose this one and am really pleased with it makes easy work of scraping the glass mixing bowl out with sticky doughs. I even use this to cut the dough / pastry when making dinner rolls & pies that need the dough or pastry devided out. Obviously easy to clean either in the sink or chuck it in the dishwasher.

Cuts like it should, scrapes like it should. Made of plastic not metal, so doesn't scratch the work surface nor go rusty. Very happy

You either prefer a scraper to be very rigid and durable, or more flexible to shape to the contours of you bowl. This one is more the rigid sort. It's pretty solid, and doesn't look like it'll need replacing anytime soon. Personally I'd like it to have a little more flex in it, so I took away one star, but if you want something solid then this is for you.

Really useful tool for cutting and scraping dough off trays or the kitchen worktop. It's made of a hard textured plastic to aid grip, with a smooth finish at the curved edge (where you cut and scrape), and it's easy to clean. It can also be used to cut soft cheeses, vegetables, etc, to a certain degree anyway (it's not a replacement for a sharp knife), but it does make it a child friendly option for cutting food in the kitchen.

Does exactly what it says, though I bought it for scraping saucepans

This little tool is excellent, and makes working with doughs of all sorts (especially higher hydration doughs) a breeze. The plastic is stiff enough to scrape and lift dough without excessive bending. The "cutting edge" is ok, but if you want nice clean cuts a mental version may be better for you. 5 stars as for the money it exceeded my expectations.

My sister uses one of these gadgets and I saw how convenient it was so ended up buying one myself. Now, I no longer have to get my hands sticky removing the dough from the mixing bowl or rub off the remaining bits of dough with my fingers. I actually like the fact that it's a bit stiffer than other softer models because I can cut up the dough into sizes without it bending. Really handy piece of equipment which doesn't take up much space and would recommend it.

E' un raschietto/tagliapasta in plastica, davvero ben fatto. La parte tagliente è quella leggermente curva ed è perfetta per incidere la massa o per trasferire l'impasto sul piano di lavoro. La parte rettilinea è utilissima per pulire il tavolo liberandolo dalla farina. Comprato ad un prezzo super-conveniente, ci fa sentire pizzaioli professionisti. Ovviamnete è solo un'illusione, ma è pur sempre una bella illusione.

Formstabildet Teigschaber, der auch gut zum Portionieren/ Zerteilen von (Hefe-) Teig geeignet ist. Lässt sich komfortabel im Geschirrspüler reinigen ohne Qualitätsverlust. Gut geeignet um beim Brot backen klebrigere Teige von der Arbeitsplatte anzuheben.
