片山プロのYoutubeを見かけて、こちらはミニとのことでちょっと安いようで購入してみました。身長175で問題なく使用できてます。・効果フォームが安定してきました。家でも外でも気軽に足を固定して練習できるのでコツをつかめました。・コスパコーチレッスンを受けるよりいいのではないかと思います。また妻や子供とシェアできるのでいいです。硬さ違いで2個入っているので家用と外用にしました。この値段で地面反力やフォームの練習ができるのでおすすめです。説明書が充実していないのでYouTube見たほうが理解できました。
