Is this item shock resistant? and what's the material?

Yep this torch is shock resistant, and it’s made out of aluminium. I’ve had many of these torches, and used them for work on a daily basis for around about 25 years now. As soon as you get it, throw away the bulb it came with , and replace it with and led one. The only thing that wrecks these torches is the battery’s swelling up inside and jamming inside them.
