Very good quality cod liver oil
Very good quality cod liver oil, The taste is mild and not overpowering, making it easy to take. The bottle is a good size and lasts a long time. I’ve been using it regularly and feel it’s a great addition to my daily routine. Trusted brand and good value for money. Would definitely buy again.

Only 51 percent cod liver oil.
2.5 stars. I thought I was buying pure cod liver oil but on reading the label it is just 51 percent cod liver oil and 49 percent fish oil. ( doesn't say what kind if fish). It also comes is a plastic bottle. The consistency is not as thick as other products which made me suspicious. It is all rather misleading. I wish I had read some of the poorer reviews because they are, for the most part, spot on. But hey ho, you get what you pay for and it will serve its purpose for me. I won't be buying it again though.

I like this cod liver oil. It claims to be from Iceland, and has similar amounts of EPA and DHA (omega 3 fatty acids) to the Norwegian lemon-lime flavored brand, at a much lower cost. And for that you get a slightly fishy after taste. Like all the oils, it's also likely to repeat on you every so often. While I have to admit that the more expensive oil does taste better, I don't think it's worth paying twice as much. So, for now, I'm buying this one.
