These bands are pretty much exactly what it says on the tin. I've had a shoulder op and countless physio sessions, where I was recommended to use these bands. Save yourself £45 for 20 mins of physio and get these. The different levels of resistence really do help to provide you with targets to work towards. I am 3 months post-op (shoulder) and these are helping me to re-gain some form of strength. Recommended.

I have a few minor running and martial arts injuries, so I was looking for some bands to strengthen those bits that need a little therapy and these seem to do the trick. There are four bands of varying thickness and resistance, nicely colour-coded, and they come with their own little drawstring bag, which is a minor but welcome touch. The thinnest of the four is probably too light for me, but the others certainly work for my ankles, shins etc. Delivery was prompt as well. My only suggestion would be that it might be good to include a little booklet with some example exercises...but I suppose you can easily look up that kind of thing online. All in all, good stuff.

Very pleased with this product. I'm new to running and my physio has recommended these for glute activation exercises. I love the different resistance options (ranges from "almost too easy" for low resistance / high rep exercises to "you've got to be kidding!"). The little carrier bag makes it easy to grab-and-go so no excuses whilst travelling!

Quick delivery. Very pleased with how they look and that they come in a handy case so they can be easily transported. They don't take up much room either which is a bonus to me!They work very well and I will be reccomending to friends.Overall great product , very happy!

Way too small to do anything of use as a man who wants to do things like tricep extension etc.Also my girlfriend wanted one and she said after putting it around her knees the band kept going to a thin wire.

I received these bands very quickly, well packaged. I like the little bag it comes in, quite handy to carry the bands to the gym/park. The colours make it easy to distinguish the various resistances. I haven't yet has the chance to use them but I have seen a lot of good Youtube videos to give me plenty of exercise ideas! Can't wait to try them! The price is great.

the bands arrived very quickly, in a lovely little bag to keep them safe. They are very strong and seem to be good quality. I havent used them properly yet in the gym but will be doing so very soon
