perfect relieves the ache for some time without discomfort a good price and great service

Good product
Worked well for nerve pain in shoulder and arm took 5/10 mins to feel cold sensation only draw back don’t stick well to skin, but will buy again as handy to use when resting.

Worked for me
This is the first time I have used these, I normally use the Deep Freeze gel. The patches are sticky and depending where you are putting them this could be tricky and a bit of a faff. I found the initial ‘chill’, once the patch is in place, is more subtle than the gel, but it’s definitely there, and less mess. There has been a tendency for the edges of the patch to roll up and get caught on clothing which has been annoying. But price wise I think it’s very reasonable. Not sure I’d buy again.
