Quality 110%
The good stuff. If you need a low loss alternative to rg-8x or rg-58; this is exactly what you want. Remember the center conductor of this coax product is solid copper. If you require a coax that can flex, then this isn't what you need. Black PVC outer jacket should have pretty good UV light resistant to break down. Most grey or clear jacket rg-8x won't last long exposed to direct sunlight. This is a better choice for fixed base station use over rg-8x because of lower loss and UV light resistant properties. We are all looking and trying to get a coax product that will meet our needs and not blast the bank to tiny little pieces by being extremely expensive.73 Earnest K5EWM.Update:I made up some jumpers using this coax. This product has a 100% solid copper center conductor with a dense foam insulator layer that is covered by foil shield and high quality copper braid and the outside black coating is high quality slick like UV resistant PVC that is made to last. For a non-flex environment this stuff will definitely do the job. It's very much a near copy of LMR-240 which has loss characteristics much like RG-8 FOAM, Which is a pretty good coaxial feed line for most uses. For HF VHF and citizens band 11 meters it should work out very well. Only problem I see is if used in a big truck mobile environment the constant vibration might cause the solid copper center conductor wire to break as stranded wire is far more forgiving to vibration environment. For the average Joe cb mobile if the cable is secured and not allowed to flex on the wind while traveling and assuming the vehicle rides better than a diesel big truck, they may get good service life with this coax product. For someone whom is trying to minimize rf loss and control cost for amateur use or cb base station use it should work awesome with low wind load and reduce weight and using ordinary coax connectors, should provide years of not decades of good service life with relatively low loss of signal. This is a good product for most applications except where high vibration service would be encountered.73 and GOD bless. Earnest K5EWM.Update:Still going strong and my antenna anylizer is happy as well with 100% of my line runs and jumpers. I'm planning on ordering more for a portable setup operations for ARES/RACES emergency amateur radio operations. I feel this product will serve me well and cut down the weight of lugging RG213 around and have less loss issues. My portable emcomms station equipment includes a hf rig with 160 meter ofc antenna a.nd a dual band aluminum jpole and a vhf/UHF dual band rig and a ldg automatic antenna tuner along with my antenna anylizer and a 50 ohm impedance dummy load and soldering equipment extra connectors all for the just in case if needed. This is a great product priced reasonable and I'm not buying anything else as far as coax cable goes. 73 Earnest k5ewm.Update: So far this is working very well for my applications. I am revamping the antenna farm and getting excellent service from this product. For those of you whom need a flexible coax feedline product, this is not what you need. Since its hard to locate a good quality rg-8x with a flexible center conductor and good UV light properties for durability with sun exposure. For the truckers, as this is a severe environment for any coax feedline product. I think RG-213 with stranded heavy duty center conductor and polyethylene insulator and that heavy duty shield and tough black pvc jacket. You pinch that stuff into a direct short in an accident, you likely didn't survive the wreck. Rg-213 was developed in ww2 as a near fail safe coax feedline product with extremely high reliability. It was used everywhere in the theater of war. Many a message got through that meant life or death.I know truckers are not considered 1st responders; but they need to hear and know what is going on with the road ahead of them. Big Truck wrecks happen every day. How much of not being able to hear what road conditions are actually contribute to all those big rig wrecks? This is a great product but not for truckers. 73 GOD bless Earnest K5EWM.

Very high quality, Strong and tight braided ground shield, SOLID COPPER core
After trusting a DIFFERENT BRAND of RG8x cable to be as it was advertised, I routed it inside my camper van, soldered on the connectors to work on my Firestick CB antenna, turned on my radio and got nothing. SWR was pegged and no adjusting it. THEN I tested with my ohm meter. Dead short. On a brand new cable. So, boy was I mad about that. After reading very carefully all I could about this brand, I ordered this roll of MOOKEERF RG8x and hoped I would get a better experience. As soon as it arrived, I checked it out with my meter. GOOD. (Note: I should have done that with the other brand and I could have saved myself a full day of work)I soldered on the end for the radio, and ran the cable under, behind and through the dash, through the ceiling and out to the antenna on the back. Then I double checked with the meter. (Once burned, twice shy) STILL A-OK.Soldered on connectors for the Firestick and the ground, attached, TRIPLE CHECKED with the meter. Good to go. Drove out to a big open area on the river and did my SWR... almost perfect as it was, but tweaked the antenna length just a tad, and now I am back in business! The quality of this cable is excellent, solid copper inner conductor and tight, pure copper braid outer (ground) conductor. I expect this will last me a long time of CB highway service.

Miniature coax
Quite seems okay but I still don't see the copper shielding this was silver like what I seen in the comparison in the picture where they compared copper and aluminum looking wire not happy with this aluminum

Great HF coax

Great value at lower price
The MOOKEERF cable solders easily and has the same specifications as the Times Microwave LMR-240 cable. but at a much lower cost. I used a MFJ 259 analyzer to measure the coax cable loss at 50 MHz and came close to the listed specifications. One caution: the MOOKEERF specifications are for 50 feet so the values must be doubled for 100 feet to compare to the LMR-240 specifications which are for 100 feet. The MOOKEERF cable has a solid core like the standard LMR-240 which is not the UltraFlex version. So, the cable is not as flexible as UltraFlex but has lower loss than UltrFlex. The cable construction appears to be similar to the LMR-240.This cable could be used at any length and frequency but the power lost in the cable could be high. I recommend using this cable for shorter feedlines less than 50 feet and at lower frequencies less than 30 MHz. The cable power loss at 100 feet and 50 MHz would be almost 30%. The specified 0.85 dB loss at 50 MHz would be close to 18%. A better cable choice for long feedlines and high frequencies would be XMR400 from XRDS at Amazon. This cable is only $26 more for 100 feet and the loss is half that from the MOOKEERF cable. Beware the XMR400 has a larger diameter and is very stiff.By the way, Wikipedia has a good article on decibels for power gain and loss but there is some math.

It oK
Its fair grade. Outer shield is aluminum, inside is a solid copper wire.I prefer the copper shielding

Clear cable with stranded center is nice.
I had been using the black, solid center RG8x. Decided to try this, as more flexibility was needed. The clear coated, stranded center is fine. Economical and usable with the sellers crimp/solder PL-259s.I wouldn't go above 28mHz without expecting some noticeable loss compared to 9913 coax.

Great for Ham radio and CB radio Cable
Good quality wire at a great value! This was a great purchase and I turned around and ordered it again. As advertised and great quality. Value for what you get is perfect. Would definitely consider purchasing again. I utilize this for ham radio antennas, and make my own connections. Can't go wrong here.
