Do these contain caffeine ?

Yes. As they are made with green tea, they do contain a small amount of caffeine.

How tall are the flowers approximately when they open? I have already bought a glass teapot which holds two mugs or four cups but it is not very tall.

I bought this as a gift and only witnessed one flower opening before it was taken home by the recipient. Your teapot sounds about the same size as mine and it worked fine in that. I think a bigger teapot would lead to very weak tea with one flower so I think it'll be fine. The person who was given this as a gift was delighted with it. Hope this helps.

There are 5 individually vacuum sealed flowering teas in each tea tin. Each are different designs and flavours.

Can these be used with black tea?

If you mean could you mix them in with black tea, then yes, BUT then not only would you be obscuring the spectacle of the lovely blooms slowly opening out in clear hot water, you would also not get the lovely subtle taste of the teas... It would be a real waste!
