LP Support Hinged Knee Support - Brace with Joints (Black, S-3X-Large)

I wasn't disappointed with this Knee Support-stabiliser, it works exactly what it is destined for. I've sustained quite serious injury of the medial collateral ligament whilst playing volleyball. Was taken to hospital, and couldn't walk for number of days, coz pain was so immense. From that day when I started to wear this knee support, I gradually regained the movement of the injured knee. And as it healed the confidence in normal walking was growing too. On the third week from an incident I returned to my volleyball activities ... wow...! (Take it very easy folks! Slowly, carefully, sensibly, and get back to your activities only if you feel that you're ready. I'd still strongly recommend to consult such bold move with your doctor!!!). N.B. Always follow the guidance to what size of the desired knee support would be the "! right !" size for you. It may vary, depending on manufacturer etc. REMEMBER: The right size of support for you is the size of your healthy knee, not the injured one (!) regardless the fact that it got swollen!

I think the knee stabiliser without the hinge would have suited me better as it may allow more twist movement as I play raquet sport. However for those who need to keep the knee straight and take pressure off the knee joint it would be suitable.

This product is well made and a really good fit. Plenty of support and stability. Wore it for two hours walking downhill recently, Wicklow in December about 8 - 9 degrees. Knee felt totally supported and could forget about knee for a while. But when I took it off it was WET from sweat. Very wet. And therefore itchy. Why can't they make one with the back of the knee exposed? If the sweating didn't occur I would give it 5 stars.

GREAT FOR SKIING IN FEBUARY AFTER MISSING IT FOR A YEAR AFTER KNEE REPLACEMENT . HAVE ONE FOR EACH KNEE REALY ARE GOOD.

Bought these to go skiing as I have been having some knee pain due to minor arthritis in both knees and I wanted some protection in case of twisting etc. Worked very well, no problems with the knees during the week. They are a but hot and sweaty but a small price to pay for the reassurance given. Would recommend.

I find the LP Brace supports and stabilisers the leg ver well,the metal bars help to control instability,it is the next step after having a solid metal brace before,.

Very good product. Bit expensive but worth the price. I am using it for last many years and I certainly recommend this product. I am an allopathic medical post graduate consultant. As per my experience patients opt for cheaper products which are not good.
