A good product but not for the faint-hearted! I bought this for my 2019 ipod touch 7. It is supplied with clear instructions and all the items you need to do the job. IE: cleaning cloth, buffing cloth and stickers to attach and aid correct placement to avoid finger prints. A well thought out product. It's a tad easier to fit than the same brand screen protector for larger items, like the ipads, but it still requires patience, a good eye and steady hand. The touch screen works just as good as it did prior to fitting. There are a few flat bubbles in the corners under the screen protector now, but that's probably due to the case I have put my ipod in and not the fault of the actual screen covering. I therefore recommend this product.

What can I say, this is about the fifth one I have bought and currently using on a number of android and apple devices. Was a little sceptical when I first started using them as on one occasion once I applied to an iPod touch within a short space of time several very fine cracks appeared around the manufacturer cuts outs on the screen saver without the phone actually being moved anywhere, although these only extended a couple of mm from the cut out and didn't travel any further. The vary same screen saver saved my bacon when I dropped the iPod and it landed on the corner of a table cracking the protector but not the IPod. I think without the protection the proper screen would have been unlikely to have resisted the impact without damage. Regarding fitting as long as you read and follow the fitting instructions these fit a lot easier and better than cheaper PET films which I had historically used. Once the screen is cleaned and the protector lowered down onto the screen of the device they pretty much fit/seal themselves which I understand is down to the self silicone adhesive applied to the protector. Might be more expensive than buying a pack of five cheaper protectors/films but in my view cheap isn't always best.

Happy enough with product - bought for my daughters new iPod . Looks decent quality product, it is easy to apply And certainly seems to protect iPod (dropped it few times and no marks noticeable on protector ) . Doesn’t however make noticeable difference to the weight /size ipod . Good value and would recommend

I bought this TechGear tempered glass screen protector for my daughter's 6th generation iPod. For some reason, putting any kind of screen protectors on shiny Apple devices always stresses me out. There is so much potential for things to go wrong, stray hairs or dust getting under the screen protector, or mis-aligning the cover by half a millimetre... it's frustrating and thankless work! However, tempered glass is a much easier application than film screen protectors, and Techgear definitely make an effort to reduce the stress. They provide a thin cover over the bottom side of the glass screen protector, which you only have to remove at the last second. They also provide sticky tabs to help position the screen protector without getting finger prints all over it. Overall, the packaging and extras were a nice touch. It was still stressful enough trying to get the positioning right, and the first two attempts resulted in the hole for the front-facing camera to be slightly mis-aligned and I had to peel it up carefully to reapply. At this point, I could feel the anxiety...I was sweating, holding my breath and resisting the urge to shout expletives! I felt a little bit like a bomb disposal technician, without the risk or glory. My wife offered to take over but I wasn't going to let her take all the credit after all my hard work! The third attempt was a success and it stuck in place nicely, without any bubbles. A perfect fit for the 6th generation iPod. I should say that afterwards, I did notice slight imperfections on the screen protector, which I think it due to the layer that was peeled off, right at the last second. It's barely noticeable but almost looks like the film left a slight patterned residue behind. However, once the screen was turned on and in use, I couldn't see anything wrong with it. The next morning, my daughter continued to use her iPod and didn't even notice the new screen protector, so that is the ultimate test of its discreet fit.

Works well and it's a decent price.

It's great for the iPod Touch 5. The included accessories come with clear instructions on how to install the Screen Protector. It's very good quality.

Wow! This is a brilliant screen protector. It feels very rigid and I'm confident it's going to keep my iPod safe. In spite of the rigidity of the cover, the touch screen still responds quickly to commands. The screen was easy to fit (there are clear instructions in the case) and I had no problems with air pockets getting caught between the cover and the iPod screen.

A good product and it arrived quickly. I has clear instructions and fitted easily but I have only given it 3 stars as I cannot use it with my gel phone cover because it creates an air bubble.
