Very helpful
Constantly getting UTI'S these have really helped.

They work for me
Whilst pumpkin seed oil is recommended for men with prostate problems, they also help women and I started using them because I was getting up 4 or 5 times a night to go to the loo. Since taking this oil, that has reduced to once or twice a night, ensuring I get a better night's sleep. UPDATE: I would like to add that I have recommended pumpkin seed oil now to two men, one of whom was using the loo every 20 minutes and one who was up 4 and 5 times a night for the loo. Both report that their results have been almost miraculous. One can now sleep right through the night and the other no longer has his life disrupted by constantly having to find a loo when out. Obviously I cannot guarantee that these pills will work for everyone but what do you have to lose if you are having similar problems?

First class product with oil visible in soft capsule.
Found great relief after only taking 2 tablets unbelievable results on my health with results with my bladder. I had a good nights having had several years with torment. Can't say more just hope I can buy this product on a regular order so keep stock levels of this product.

Very short shelf life
Pumpkin seeds oil is high in zinc and help reduce acidity in the body; however, the quality of this product is very inferior compared to other pumpkin seeds oil. Half way through the container, the pills detriorated and emitted a very bad smell but it was totally different than the rancid smell associated with cheap quality oil. I believe this was the fish gelatine used in coating which relates to rotten fish. Very disappointed!

These are great. They take a while to start working but have improved bladder sensitivity for me and I will continue to take them.

Other pumpkin seed oils come as 1,000 mg per capsule which is 1 gram. This is 420 mg so less than half the dosage of the other ones, in other words, you need 2 of these to take you will still not get the 1,000 mg daily recommended dosage, i.e. this is expensive for that compared to other ones.
