My hairs fine thin but naturaly wavy/curly will this work

Yes, it will help. I used mine on damp, freshly washed hair and with a wide tooth comb after I spray it on. Works great. It's also a good detangler. For fine hair, it's important not to put stress on the hair or it'll break easily.

Can you put this on wet hair to dry naturally without it being crispy or have a wet look

if you scrunch your hair after it dries it should be good!

Can I use this for a vintage look with rollers?

I wouldn’t recommend this product for rolling and setting your hair for a vintage look. I do this regularly and what you need is something with a “setting” element as this penetrates the hair shaft and creates the look you are wanting to achieve. I recommend the “lottabody” mousse which is available on Amazon. It is conditioning: apply to barely damp (not completely dry) hair to avoid frizz. Hope that was helpful xx

Yes it is. I use it often as I have fine hair and this gives a very natural hold. I use other creams if I want to have a more substantial curl. I also like the gel spray from John Frieda.
