I had an old peeler simular to this one for years, and thought it could never be topped, but being the wally I am I threw it away with the peelings! So had to get a new one, after about 3 that I couldn't use I stumbled on this one, this peeler is so much better than my old one, the handle is a little thicker than my the last one but that seems to make it easier to use, as I have the onset of arthritis in my fingers. The blade doesn't leave the peeling on the vegetable your peeling it comes off (sorry that's one of my pet hate in a peeler) would highly recommend it.

Peelers can be very uncomfortable to use - but not this one. Well shaped handle fits nicely in the hand and keeps fingers away from the very sharp blade.

Good.....easy to hold if a bit clunky the first time of use.

I have bought this peeler before and judging by photo I thought I was ordering the same product. The one I was sent had a straight handle, not curved as shown, and is far less comfortable to hold and use effectively.

I love this peeler! We had a rubbish one which used to hurt my hand. Then that went missing and we got one which was left-handed! I'm not left handed. My husband loves homemade chips so I started peeling potatoes with a knife but it would take so long, hated it. Was so happy when this came through the post. I've been using it for two weeks now, very happy. Have actually started cooking more because of this!
