Very good supplier, order arrived to Scottish islands after a couple of days. This machine was ideal for me the multi-region DVD (not Blu-ray however) was a boon and the main reason I bought this one as I have loads of Zone 1 USA DVD's so it allowed me to get rid of three bits of kit a Blu-Ray player, a multi-region DVD and an older PVR and replace it all with this one box. Had to update the software to get Freeview Play , but that was easy with the built in Wi-Fi. The rest of the set up was easy and the quality is very good. The playback quality with the streaming Freeview Play has been surprisingly good certainly no complaints there. The device works very well, it's more a more sophisticated interface than my old recorder. My only two grumbles their is no audio mute on the remote control and recording jump facility which allows you to jump +1mts or -10sec is very slow, but this is countered by a great fast forward which manages to still display the picture while it goes forward. Overall really happy with this kit, Panasonic rarely let you down with their machines.

This is a very good Blu-ray player. I originally bought another one several years ago and have been delighted with it - hence, I bought this second one as a present for my son. Both perform brilliantly.

Excellent product, at a great price. The recordings to the Hard Drive are really good, and the upscaling can be seen on my UHD TV with super clear video picture. I am very pleased with my purchase, and the excellent service provided by the market trader.

I bought this as an update for my old combo. But at the moment in writing , i am planning to go back to my old system. Problem with new stuff , is they try to improve on an unbroken formula , and mess it all up. All this is good for is playing discs and nothing else. I have tried several ways of connecting my sky box to it , so i could record sky programmes onto it ( which i could with my older unit) , but it just don't want to know. Technology is a good thing , but if it wasn't broke in the first place , then why go and change it.

Simple setup and very please and easy to use

This is a nice looking pvr with dual recording capability and allows the recordings to have subtitles which you can choose to watch or not.

Don't buy Panasonic. It might be ok to start with but then Panasonic do updates and it gets messed up. Mine has just been in workshop and it's just over a year old so quite new as their update caused writing all over the screen. Now it's come back and if I series link the 6pm BBC news it also links the middle of the night news on bbc2 ....... you have to have both recording or neither!!! It has never been able to series link local news and I know it's not just my box as Panasonic Shop tried on their box and failed. I will not ever consider buying Panasonic again...... I thought they were supposed to be good.

I purchased this player as it is multi channel. It does not, however, play all DVDs. Both my box sets of Salem and The Witches of East End will not play even though they were fine on my Sony region 2 unit. The other issue is that the unit is the UK model meaning that it has been altered to play all regions (the box even states region 2 on it). Because of this I dare not connect it to the internet in case the latest update reverts it to region 2.
