The media could not be loaded. Works just fine. The instructions said the color will change from pink to purple but mine started off as purple and faded to blue, other than that it works great. Removes that god awful smell and cleans it as well.

I've been using this for a while now, it gets rid of the Oder but turns the retainers white.

Worst... does not clean the stains..waste of money

This has made cleaning retainers so much easier... Brushing them with toothbrush and paste never really felt clean with some white spot remaining and it's really annoying to touch the yuck... Now I just put the tablet in some water and directly put the retainers in to it... Initially it would be purple and then it turns green, I take the retainers out and brush it with soft bristled toothbrush for kids... There is no smell, no yuck, retainers are clearer and cleaner... You can also use half the tablet and it'll still be clean... But I just like to put the whole tablet because I like the clean feel it gives...
