First off, yes, delivery was pretty quick, a couple of days.Now that we got that out of the way, here's my ACTUAL review/experience with these pills.I have been taking them for just over 2 months (Started end of November 2018) (with a few days missed).I took 1 pill per day with breakfast and didn't notice much for the first few days except maybe a slight increase in my energy levels.After about 4 days, I noticed that I wasn't as hungry as I normally get (trust me, when I eat, I eat then i always snack and boy do I snack!! most times I can't stop for ages!!) and I found that I got full up a little quicker than normal.I since then, I have been eating my breakfast (cereal, toast, coffee, etc) as normal while taking the pill and don't feel hungry till around dinner time. And yes, there were days when I did feel hungry sooner and I ate, but I wouldn't eat as much.My weight back in November was 77Kg, as of 28th of January, my weight is down to 72Kg which is about 11Lbs in 2 months!! I have been fat since my late teens and have tried many things to lose the weight, a few things helped me get more energy but never was able to shift it. I did some exercise which helped a bit but the fat is a stubborn little bugger!!Now before you go thinking this might be a miracle pill, I should say that I did take 20-30 minute walks every couple of days which I think helped burn off that excess fat but then I have had a couple of weeks at home while still taking the pills and not gone out and yet this is the result for me.I believe this will help you lose weight as it will make you less hungry and therefore not consume as many calories BUT, you should eat healthily and go do at least some exercise (even a 15-20 minute walk) to improve your chances of losing weight.All of what I have said is based on what I have experienced with taking these pills, it says you can take 2 pills a day (1 at breakfast & 1 lunch) but for me, I found taking just 1 pill works fine, but you decide which is best for you. BUT as everyone is different you may experience it differently, you may lose more weight, less or nothing at all but ANY pill you ever buy to do what you expect it to do, you are always taking a chance regardless of whether it is a famous brand product, store brand or one you have never heard of, you won't know until you try.I hope this has helped you in deciding if this is suitable for you and that you want to buy this or not.

Definitely worth tryingI exercise about half hour a day and monitor my calories.You take 3a day before meals I noticed a difference after a couple of weeks.I also benefit from the caffeine giving me energy this is always a plus.Its not a quick fix but helped me shift half a stone in 6 weeks.

To be very honest, before I took this pill I was 87kg so therefore I was using the gym but when I started taking this for 3-4 days I dropped down to 82kg. I didn't really see much changes but everyone else around me did👌Take this pills and go to the gym will probably make a huge difference 🙏🙏

Didn't work for me. In fact after 2 weeks I weighed even more! Many fat busters not clinically proven to assit in weight loss, i by recent research findings

Not had them long enough to see results yet but the patches don’t stick very well. Although they were sealed, I wasn’t too impressed by them stuffing cotton wool balls in the bottle!
