White Lotus' silk eye masks are easily the best ones out there. Have I learnt this through experience? Absolutely. Between the wafer thin, too small, too tight and awful fabric quality masks I've had in the past, none hold up as well as these do.I had the older version for SO long that it had practically fallen apart. When my new one arrived I was a little paranoid with the new style, only the slightly bigger mask makes for a complete blackout, the sizeable elastic makes it suitable for all heads (my enormous one included) and the fabric is, as always, soft and luxurious.

I haven't had this mask for very long so I cannot comment on the long term benefits. But I do find it very comfortable and relaxing. For me the fit is perfect and the padding just the right thickness. We do use our eyes all the time we are awake and I am finding just a few minutes wearing the mask really stimulates and refreshes the skin round my eyes. Mulberry silk does have many restorative qualities and it is a good thing it is becoming more easily available.

This eye mask really is very, very soft. It feels luxurious against the skin. It blacks out the light well, too, though it does tend to fall off by the morning. This is slightly annoying. That said, I'm not sure there are many masks that actually do stay on all night. An advantage of the reversible sides, both of which can be used, is that you don't have to wash it so often.I decided to opt for a silk eye-mask as an upgrade from my slightly ratty old one because of the purported anti-ageing benefits. I'd noticed a sudden explosion of fine lines around my eyes, and in my panic, was prepared to give anything a shot. Since I started using the eye mask, I have noticed a slight softening of some of the lines, though this could equally be because of the slew of creams I've been throwing at the problem, too! It certainly does feel very pampering, however, and if there is such a thing as a silk eye-mask that slows ageing, I imagine it would look like this one!

I bought one of these to block out the light from streetlamps outside my window. Before I was using one that came free on a well-known airline, and the elastic went after a while. This is a vast improvement on that one, a lot more comfortable and thicker material so really does block out the light. Great product.

I have tried out many masks over the years, and this beats the others hands down. Definitely worth spending the extra money. I also feel it supports my skin around my eyes as I sleep on my side, and feel it lessens the potential to wrinkle the skin up! Highly recommended

This is not worth the money! I thought that it would be better than the cheaper silk eye masks that I've bought, however it's identical, just comes in a presentation box. Feels the same, looks the same. The only difference is that I paid four times as much for it.

I bought 2 of these as my wife and I like to sleep in total darkness. Unfortunately the design is flawed. The fairly thin straps attach in the centre of the mask and the effect is that the top and bottom flare out and allow light in. If you can't visualize this just imagine holding a hanky over your eyes using your hands at the side of your head. If you grip the hanky between finger and thumb of each hand and pull tight you will just get a thin strip across your eyes. Digging into your eyes actually. Now if you grip the hanky using all of your fingers and pull tight it covers your eyes completely and is comfortable. So buy a mask with attachments that spread the load. I will be sending my masks back.

I have been looking for a high quality silk sleep mask for some time, there are a lot of poor imitations out there with low silk quality, and others are just obscenely expensive!To be honest I did not expect too much from this as it was not very expensive and had little feedback. I have been absolutely delighted and surprised.Packaging and delivery efficient and prompt..The eye-mask itself is very high end, do not be fooled into thinking it is sub standard. Sometimes you really do get great value in life!To my surprise it has an adjustable band which is rare and was not mentioned in details so that was an added bonus. It is large enough to cover all your eye area and so if you are a side sleeper this is important.I used to use a silk pillowcase for beauty and anti ageing purposes but now I can use my normal pillowcases and use this mask for beauty and better sleep. Light wise of course unless you have a huge nose to block out the light there will always be a peek in but it really does help my quality of sleep and it is a nice little ritual that you can add to your beauty and sleep regime.It really negates use of eye creams which you should not use at night anyway as they make you puffy.Thank you for an unexpected delight, am really happy with my purchase.
