No more power, no more noise, slightly worse consumption
I popped this into my Range Rover Sport and didnt see any increase in noise, or notice any increase in power, fuel consumption dropped from 20.6 MPG to 20.3. I have used various performance filters over the years from Pipercross, K&N, BMC and Apexi. All promise lots, and in all honesty its probably better to replace the paper element every 6 months. Its not bad, there's no oil on the Air Mass Sensor (or Mass Air Sensor), despite the Internet experts. Overall its OK.

I've used K&N filters in vehicles for many years. Always with great results. There's almost always a noticeable gain in performance and fuel mileage usually increases. Cleaning is not a problem, just use their "recharge" kit to clean and oil the filter.
