Easy to use
Excellent product, I can spray it onto my shoulders myself , and therefore reach the painful parts that I can’t manage to rub the Biofreeze gel version on .

Rapid relief of lower back pain.

Provides some relief from tennis elbow pain
Works very quickly, within a few minutes the pain intensity has reduced by around 50%. However the muscular pain is replaced by a burning sensation like deep heat. If the muscular pain went altogether, then the burning sensation would be acceptable. However, I am left with both. Taken in the round, I opt for the latter - less muscular pain / burning sensation on skin as opposed to not using it at all and living with the muscular pain, but it's not a perfect solution. The burning sensation eases after half an hour.Also it seems to wear off fairly quickly though that might be caused by clothing rubbing against the skin.It is not sticky like ibuprofen gel so I can roll my sleeve back down within a few minutes which is a positibve. It also has a menthol smell, which I don't mind.This product does do part of the job. When the pain is intense, I apply some biofreeze gel and take a couple of OTC pain relievers. The gel kicks in straight away, then the pain killers start to work. It's not a miracle cure, but it is another option for helping to manage pain. Will probably buy again.
