I bought this as I kept waking up with throbbing aching arms due to sleeping in funny positions. I was also suffering from swollen hands and feet. I gave this a go and not only does it work well on both pain and swelling it lasts a good while as well. I bought some of the 'Deep Freeze' spray by the same company as 'Deep Heat' and this stuff is definately much better. It smells like products which heat up on your skin but I can assure you it is very cold and soothing. For a great long lasting heat prodcut I would reccomend Forever Aloe's Heat Lotion, again lasts for hours and gets working in seconds.

My chiropractor first recommended Biofreeze gel several years ago for my back & I've used it on a regular basis since then. It is also useful for my feet which are very painful & helps to calm down a painful headache. I certainly wouldn't be without it now & although some people may find the gel a bit difficult to use, I still prefer it to the spray or roll on version. It doesn't cure the pain completely but it definitely goes a long way to ease the pain for quite a while.Another advantage of the gel is that once you have finished rubbing it on the affected area, you have a nice menthol smell left on your fingers which helps to clear a stuffy nose !!I recommend this to anyone & the price is much better than the high street shops. Easy to use. Used for back pain

This creme is very good. It goes deep into the places where I rub it in and gives relief of the pain.

Well this has a nice smell, rubs in well but did not help me. Maybe not for my injuries.
