Great value, great product that has results.
Super Super vitamin B complex, feel the benefits straight away great value for money. However very strong tasting and smelling which lingers. Makes you pee bright yellow which is a given for some B vitamins. I tried another B Complex that was not so harsh however it lasted a third of the time and was twice the price.

Good value but huge
These are giant horse pills in terms of size. For me this is not a problem but I know is a concern for some. They do however seem to offer excellent value and minimal packaging.

Great vitamins
Bought similar vitamins in our local health store. Paid double the price. I knew I had to keep taking them, but couldn't afford to at the higher price. Found these, ingredient list is the exact same. I notice a great difference, better energy levels and less of a flop in the afternoons. I notice if I miss taking them!Excellent product, easy to swallow. They are a little big, but no trouble to take them

I only take one every couple of days as there pretty strong and take a couple of days to clear out the system,i use this with d3 K2, magnesium cod liver oil and zinc every couple of months cycle
