After trying many different knee supports for a torn meniscus this brace is perfect. Great fit (many others too large or small - this one size fits all is good. It has a very practical option of more support with stability rods. This is comfortable to wear and easily adjustable .Delighted to have found my Neo G brace.

I’ve tried several knee supports over the years to help with my bad knee, and this one ranks as the second best I’ve ever used. It provides excellent support and comfort, especially during extended wear — a real standout in terms of performance. However, I can’t give it a full five stars due to durability concerns. Like many supports made from similar materials, it simply doesn’t hold up well over time, especially if worn frequently. The manufacturer recommends hand washing with cold water and mild detergent, which I followed, but even then, the fabric began to deteriorate sooner than expected. I strongly advise against machine washing , even on a gentle cycle, as it accelerates wear and tear significantly. For the price, you’d expect it to last longer. It’s a shame, because functionally, it’s one of the best I’ve tried. The only support I’ve found better is their higher-end alternative, which costs more but includes additional side reinforcement and seems lasting a bit longer, but even that one is starting to get a bit tattered even though I’ve really looked after both these items unfortunately it’s probably the best option there is out there because it’s most definitely one of the better ones for this type of support.

Very good knee support. Can chafe behind the knee, if not fitted correctly. But plenty of adjustment.I use it while hiking which reduces the downhill pressures and reduces the after effects.

Easy to put on and supports the knee.

I don't write many reviews but this item has proven itself to be exceptionally good. I slipped on ice and managed to twist my knee, ordered one of these and the relief was instant, in fact so much I noticed my other knee was also tender (not nearly as much) so I ordered a second. These have been great for me so far, movement is free within most of the range but it resists twisting and sideways forces really well, and cushions movement. Keeps a comfortable temperature as well though I could imagine them being sweaty in summer
