Brown capsules - Don't chew!
Alledgedly, dandelion is beneficial for all sorts of malaises including loss of appetite, upset stomach, intestinal gas, joint pain, muscle aches, eczema, and bruises. For those who don't want to leave the house it also increases urine production and bowel movements. So, if you are planning on taking these supplements I suggest a bedding in period.What can I say about them. For me, they are small brown capsules which don't appear to be doing all that much at the moment other than making me visit the bathroom quite a bit more. However, as part of a balanced review I will comment on the following:Improving appetite - I do feel hungry more often. Upset stomach - Can't decide if they cure or cause. Intestinal gas - N/A. Joint pain/Muscle aches - I think it is almost impossible to make a subjective judgement on whether these tablets have any effect given daily diet changes and exercise variance. Eczema - N.A. Bruises - N/ATo be honest, if you are buying these, perhaps just think of whether the money is best spent here, or in a supermarket on some nice fresh veg.

Helped with water retention
Really helped with water retention. I started 2 capsules for 5 days then 3 capsules a day. I start early in the morning as you go to toilet a lot and drink a lot of water. First 2 days there was no change, but then for 3rd day I drank about 2l water every day. In 2 weeks I lost about 2kg and noticed less water retention in my legs, belly was bit less bloated too. I used up almost whole bottle before stopping, as I now drink a lot more water and do not feel like I need these for some time.

Worked well to lose water weight
The most important thing to remember with items like these is it will not necessarily work for everyone. Took these to lose water weight I was holding & they worked well. I only took 2 a day as they will make you go for a wee but I lost quite a bit now I drink more water so no need for them but for me worked well

Perfect organic dandelion root
Perfect organic dandelion root. Easy to digest and well tolerated especially if taken with food. Recommended. Just slightly lower dose with each capsule than some others so take note of what dose you plan to take. I take around 1000 mg a day so with these i take about four capsules a day.I'm using these as I am trying to boost my immune system and hope they may help.

Don't bother
Have been using this product for over 2 weeks now and have not noticed any difference. It hasn't helped with reducing my appetite or water retention.The pills have absolutely zero effect. Don't bother wasting your money.

New lease of life omg they work
I've had a funked back for decades nothing worked and I mean nothing as I've tried it all but touch wood these worked for me almost straight away it's like a miracle cure I've never felt so good for years don't get me wrong my back will always be sore but these are helping me have a life again I've got a new lease of life hope they work for you aswell

Less than 200 capsules
This is my 3rd purchase, I always buy it together with Burdock. They should both contain 200 capsules/ tablets. But my dandelion always runs out almost 2 weeks before my Burdock, so I doubt the Dandelion contains 200 capsules (it’s less) but all in all very good product.

Awesome product
Awesome product to loose the extra water quickly. I found that it also curbed my cravings a bit, so that's a bonus. Will be buying again when I run out.
