I previously had a Altro Smart door, one of the few smart door with a camera, rather then needing two system. This is a major improvement over Altro's. 1) The ability to run a local server for video recording and storage directly to the chime hub is +1 2) The apps control and integration - especially for the start up was simple as long as you've got a basic level of logic setup. 3) I already had the door holes and latch done from the altro, so it was a direct swap with zero carpentry work. I didn't even need to swap the door latch, so I have a spare for the future. 4) Quiet. It's amazing how the mechanical sound of door opening and closing was so noticeable with the Altro, when I had the Eufy S330 setup and working, I nearly hear it open or shut (initially concern, thinking it wasn't working!). Overall, great upgrade for me and so far, very pleased with it.

Overall great product. Works well as described. Please note that unless you're a handyman yourself, you'll need to have the installation service as well.

The device fingerprint stopped working after few weeks, contacted the seller who kept asking me a lot of questions back and forth exchanging messages for many days, reached out to Amazon to help me with the seller and the shocking response came asking me to sort it out with the seller, there is nothing we can help you with !!!!! This is a great little 3 in 1 product. Though it has its pros and cons. Pros: - Once you make the right holes in the door (instructions are clearly shown in the manual), this is a breeze to setup - Camera/Recordings are all of good quality and the night vision surprisingly works very well - The app is pretty good and user friendly Cons: - Getting human alerts for known people is a mess. They claim this can be handled if you connect a homebase, though I could not get that working at all and the support team could not help. I ended up returning the homebase (though the doorbell works fine) - I have installed for about 3-4 months and only twice did I need to re-calibrate the lock. It might have to do with my installation (perks of DIY I guess), though it was an easy 30 seconds fix - Slight lag in the live capture I would say about 2-3 seconds, which is annoying. I do have a high bandwidth wifi connection (and the doorbell is right next to the router) so this is I assume a doorbell limitation Overall I would recommend this doorbell though 4 stars due to no 'known person' alert disabling option (refer to details in #1 under cons above).

It's been a week now and it works as described. The installation provided by Amazon's partner was also very agile and great. And the fingerprint reader is super fast!

I used to use another smartlock on my doors. It is great that this product combined door bell, cam and lock. Easy to set up and user friendly interface. Also support center is easy to contact and fast at problem solving.

After installing the lock in the door I tried to connect it to the app as per instruction manual and the QR code showed an error. Only after I contacted Anker service, which is awesome by the way, I found out that the right way to do it is to connect the WiFi receiver first by scanning its own QR code (the one that eufy app mentions), then the receiver connects to the lock and then with the QR code received to the app, the camera connects. Sounds complicated and it’s not. Instruction is useless and I wasted time trying to connect and didn’t think about contacting support. Overall very good product and Anker support team is amazing.

UPDATE : I wanted to do a review after a week of receiving the doorlock and I can say that I am fully satisfied with the doorlock. Setup was without any issues at all this time, was quick and easy. There has been no issues at all, able to share lock connection with other people, easy to setup fingerprints and no issues. This product was exactly what I was looking for. 5/5 Edit 1: The doorlock is a really nice idea but the motor is poor and the deadbolt keeps getting stuck. Communicating with customer service is really slow as well. Hope there is a fix for this promising product Edit 2: Was able to communicate with customer service, they sent me a replacement. Will provide further update

This smart door lock is really good! It has a built in camera to record people who come to your door, it only records when people come to the door to save batteries, you can also adjust in the app if you want to increase the sensitivity for triggering the autorecording and how long it records for. There is also a door chime built in and it integrates with alexa so you can hear the doorbell from your echo devices. You can also enable notifications from echo devices to let you know if someone is at the door in case people don't press the doorbell. The door opens through a code or fingerprint for fast entry. You can set multiple codes/fingerprint scans for different people so you know who opened the door. The door can also be remotely locked/unlocked through app or alexa/ google assisstant. Battery is pretty good so far, I've been using it for a month and it's at 75%. Overall great addition if you have a smart home.
