Simply stunning
I wanted a decent audio setup to compliment my Philips TV which I love. I ordered these speakers along with a Philips Soundbar and Sub.The sound produced by these speakers is simply stunning. Crisp with lots of detail, they bring clarity to my Audio setup. Music sounds incredible but it’s when watching TV that I notice them most as the clarity they provide is brilliantLove these speakers, absolutely brilliant

Awful user experience
The fact that - in this day an age - activating a simple speaker requires an app download, Wi-Fi connection when a simple bluetooth connect would do the trick - is testament to an approach that’s entirely dismissive of customer experience. 2 clicks should do it - instead turning on the device turns into a cycle of app downloads and multiple consecutive upgrades. If that level of hassle is what you’re after - by all means upgrade your purchase to a more reputable brand. The price point is for a quick easy install- you’ll get the opposite. Philips is entirely clueless about their customers.
