Q: Looking for sugar crystals to use on top of Chelsea Buns, which means they’ll be sprinkled on before they go in the oven. Do they keep their shape?

I used the after cooking. Sprinkle on when you glaze the buns or run the crystals through the warm glaze.

Q: How late are the candy rocks? I’ve got some before and they’re so tiny. Want to make a geode cake but need them to be a decent size

Dear Rachael ,please dilute the candy in hot water ,or else please use a bowl and pour water with candy and use micro oven ,don't put the dry candy in oven they will burn ,hope this information helps, Manjula
