Used these for years - brilliant.
Taken these for years as they are complete vitamin supplement. Especially like the fact the tablets include good amounts of zinc and magnesium (good for gym-goers) and the vitamin D RDA top. First time I have used the "subscribe and save" feature on Amazon, which is brilliant. Never have to worry about stores being out of stock again or running out of my supply at home.

Good choice for multi-vitamins!
Been taking these regularly for two months. Good product. Obvisouly it isn't going to turn you into superman overnight but I have noticed slight changes such as I am no longer anaemic with low iron so I can concentrate better, I don't get too many dizzy spells now and skin colour has improved. I also changed my diet at the same time so not sure if my energy levels have improved as a result of the vitamins directly.

Qualuty
Used to buy from tesco buy 2 for 3 tesco own brand and the date goes. Better to buy less and you feel the difference the next day. Whereas cheaper a to z vits you feel the same.
